Hanging With The Kids

Jericho is spending more time on his stomache. He is also holding his head up really good. Eden loves to be down on his level talking to him and giving him toys.

Jericho is begining to show the movements of crawling. He has the movement of the legs but doesn;t know what to do with his arms so he ends up rubbing his face against the floor, it wont be long though before he is motering after his big sister.

Franklin Graham Festival

Last weekend we attended the Franklin Graham Festival. It was held at the MTS Center and boasted performances by Rebecca St. James, Paul Brant, Newsboys, Tree 63, Casting Crowns, and Micheal W. Smith. What a line up. Chris and I took the youth group to Newsboys and Tree 63 on Saturday night. Imagine trying to navigate a group of 25 kids through crowds of thousands, all trying to find the best seats. We finally managed to find about the best seats the nosebleed section could offer. Newsboys were great. They sang their new song Wherever We Go which is Eden's favorite song, unfortunately she wasn't able to be there. We did take her the next day to Casting Crowns and Micheal W. Smith and she loved it. I've posted a video of her dancing along.

Friends

This past weekend we went out to Red Rock Bible Camp to visit good friends of ours. They have a girl 5 months older than Eden and they are great friends. So we took the oportunity to snap some pictures. This is a picture of the lake. It was so calm, perfect for water skiing, just a little cold.

Had to get a picture of the little "big guy" in. He is growing so fast!

Little Fishes

We went down to Grand Forks to meet Mom and Dad Derksen on Thanksgiving weekend. Much of our time was spent in the pool, it was one of the warmest pools I have been in so it was perfect for the kids. Eden loves the water and it was Jerichos first time in the pool. Both had a blast with Grandma and Grandpa. Here are some pictures from our weekend.

Say Uncle!

This is a rare moment that had to be documented. For some reasonm Eden has a fear of some men. Every time Eden sees Uncle Delwyn it takes a little while for her to warm up to him so we snapped this picture while we could.

Ok, so I am joining the fascinating world of Bloging. The main purpose of this blog is to brag and share the antics of the two cutest kids in the world. (I am allowed to be biased) Eden loves her little brother. I have to be careful though, She trys to help but doesn't know her own strength. I have caught her swinging Jericho quite hard in his jolly jumper. We are going to have a tough little boy.
